Job brief

We are looking for a purpose driven UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients and make our website a beautiful experience. This is an amazing opportunity for a seasoned designer to join a well financed, ambitious technology startup, whose products will disrupt and shape the Creator Economy. UI/UX Designer responsibilities include gathering user requirements, designing graphic elements and building navigation components within our products and on our website. To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wireframe tools. If you also have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes work with web/mobile applications, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you’ll create both functional and appealing features that address our clients’ needs and help us grow our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
  • Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
  • Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
  • Build page navigation buttons and search fields
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
  • Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
  • Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
  • Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
  • Portfolio of design projects
  • Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
  • Good time-management skills

Data analyst responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities and design across all areas of our business including product, sales and marketing and business intelligence. You will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. You will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
  • Experience in early stage start-up

Responsibilities

  • Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and advertising.
  • Strategise, plan and execute B2C demand generation campaigns across target markets, optimising performance to support pipeline & revenue objectives.
  • Drive digital marketing measurement & performance analysis against ROI/metrics and benchmarks using a suite of digital tools.
  • Own the design and UX of the company website and, working with internal teams, maintain the currency of all content.

Requirements

We are looking for a Head of Product to organize, prioritize and assess work for our tech team. You’ll translate ideas into strategy and features, and follow product development from start to finish.Your responsibilities include working to develop and implement product strategies consistent with our company vision, to collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products, as well as scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
